We were the very first guests and we felt like we had discovered a treasure – warm, clean, spacious, comfortable, and family friendly. A place where “east meets west” in décor, gracious hostings, and healthy, delicious food (and plenty of it!).
We drove in on a cold day and walked into the smell of freshly baked cookies and gourmet tea. Soo was attentive to our every need (and want) and her two little children are totally delightful. We felt so at home, but with the benefit of fine service.
Soo also gave us some restaurant recommendations that opened our eyes to the culinary delights of Twisp.
We highly recommend Sojourns to any traveler in the Methow.

We were excited about our find on the drive here but ecstaticly surprised it was even better than we thought it woudl be (which were already high). Your lounge chairs and the beach area were perfect for watching early fall leaves floating downstream. The hot cocoa & brownies were a welcoming, comforting touch after a week of canoe camping.
