Standard Rate The single or double occupancy standard rate is $125 plus tax* per room. ($140 per room for single night bookings). This price includes a delicious homemade and nutritious 3-course breakfast in the morning and warm beverages throughout the day. Please check for rates when booking for a holiday period as rates may be slightly higher than the standard rate. *All rates are subject to change.

Autumn in the Methow Valley

Fall has arrived in the Methow Valley! The sky is blue, the air is crisp, and the trees are dressed in beautiful fall color!

With over 300 days of sunshine, the Methow Valley is almost guaranteed to be beautiful anytime of the year - but, fall is especially gorgeous with its picturesque colorful drama.

The nearby mountains, lakes, and rivers are a backdrop for enjoying the beautiful outdoors - whether from a rocking chair on the front porch, or on the many trails that surround the valley. There is much to explore - enjoy a hike or bike ride, walk the locals shops, or just relax and discover one our great local restaurants (yes, there are excellent eating facilities here) before returning to your own B&B to settle in with for the night and gaze at some spectacularly bright stars!

One of the greatest parts of getting away is not having to worry about dinner and our package makes sure you have not only a great stay but a great meal to go with it.

The special includes two or there nights lodging for 2, including gourmet 3-course breakfasts every morning, and a dinner for 2 at your choice of our featured local dining establishments - whether casual fine dining by the river appeals to you at the Arrowleaf Bistro in Winthrop, or a fun evening riverside listening to a live band complete with local brews at the Twisp River Pub- it's all up to you!

2 Nights Package for two with Dinner for 2: $310, plus tax.

3 Nights Package for two with Dinner for 2: $435, plus tax.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with 14 days notice or more is necessary for a full refund (30 days for holidays and special events), less $35 for administrative fees.

Any cancellations under 2 weeks (30 days for holidays and special events) - including last minute reservations - will be refunded only if the room is rebooked, less $35 administrative fees.
