Terms and Conditions

Sojourns Guesthouse is a small family oriented B & B, dedicated to serving our guests with uncompromised hospitality. Our terms and conditions are to ensure your stay to be a pleasant one.


Our rates are based on a double occupancy / per night bases of $95 - $105 plus tax.

An additional charge of $50 per night applies for each additional person, when the standard double occupancy is exceeded.

Families traveling with infants or children (under 12) must reserve both rooms.

A special Friends and Families 10% discount is offered when both rooms are booked together for multiple night stays, excluding holiday and special event periods.

All rates are subject to change, and do not necessarily apply to holidays and special event periods.

A 2 night minimum may apply on weekends or during holidays and special event periods.


Reservations are only guaranteed with full advance payment, or payment by credit card.

(Only a maximum of $500 payment is required to secure a reservation if the total room charges exceed $500, with the balance due 14 days (30 days for holiday and special events) prior to arrival date.)


Cancellations with 14 days notice or more is necessary for a full refund (30 days for holidays and special events), less $35 for administrative fees. Any cancellations under 2 weeks (30 days for holidays and special events) will be refunded only if the room is rebooked, less $35 administrative fees.

There are no refunds for early departure.


We offer a smoke-free environment within the property and adjacent premises. Violation will result in additional charges.

Pets are not permitted.

Check-in time is between 3p.m. and 6p.m.. Later arrivals must be discussed when reserving the room. Check-out is 11 a.m., unless prior arrangements have been made with your host.
